Online orders may be placed using a credit card or debit card. All online payments are processed via Pay Pal, so we will never see your credit or debit card information. Pay Pal is a secure service used by major companies such as EBay. Simply go to www.paypal.com to sign up for this free service.
We do not accept personal checks.
Local Austin, Texas area customers may pick up orders and pay in cash (credit or debit service
also available). Please email us your selections and instructions. We will call or email you when the order is complete. You save shipping costs by arranging to pick-up your order!
Texas residents are required to pay 8.25 % sales tax on merchandise.
Orders will be shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. Shipping & handling rates are based on the dollar amount of your order, as follows:

RETURNS/REFUNDS **PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!**
Monogrammed items are unique to each customer. Please check spelling and choose fonts carefully as these items are not returnable once monogrammed (with the exception of a defective product). Prior to placing your order, we can email you a .jpeg file showing what your monogramming will look like...with the name ordered, in the selected font; just email us that request.
Again, PLEASE double check your spelling, choose monogram fonts carefully and ask questions before you order, as your order will be filled in the manner you specify. There are no refunds for items after they are in process of manufacture. In the case of a defective product, please notify us within seven (7) days of your receipt of shipment and a replacement will be shipped to you. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
There are no refunds for items delayed by the postal system. This does not happen frequently;
however, during rushed seasons (holidays) mail delivery issues could arise. We are NOT responsible for guaranteeing the exact time frame in which a package reaches you. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and they do not guarantee delivery. We will provide an email letting you know when your order has shipped and include a tracking number.
TURN-AROUND TIME AND RUSH ORDERS :
Typically, orders will ship within 7 days. In non-holiday seasons the time of order completion and shipment can be faster. During holiday periods, the turn-around time may be longer. Whenever general manufacturing time will be longer than 7 business days there will be an alert posted at the top of the website home page.
Rush orders may be placed via an email request. A RUSH ORDER FEE of $10-$15 will apply, depending upon the size of the order. You must alert us within 24 hrs of placing your order that your it needs to be rushed. If express shipping is required, please email us for a rate quote. RUSH ORDER FEES and EXPRESS MAIL charges will be billed in a separate invoice, arriving from PayPal. Immediate payment is required and must be received by PayPal prior to shipment.
GIFT WRAPPING AND GIFT ENCLOSURES:
Items ordered as gifts can be shipped wrapped in colored tissue paper in a cellophane bag tied with decorative ribbon. A gift enclosure card with your message can also be added. Requests for gift wrapping and cards must be emailed within 24 hours of order placement. Let us know the type of gift (baby shower…boy or girl, birthday, etc.) so that we can wrap the gift accordingly.
